To the Class of 2016

To the class of 2016 College Graduates I want to say thank you.

I had the pleasure of getting to know the class of 2016 in St. Paul’s Outreach at The Ohio State University and the class of ’16 nursing students at Capital University. I could not be more grateful that my life went in such a way that I spent the last 4 years running alongside these people.

Thank you for your generous hearts, for welcoming me and each person you encounter into your lives so selflessly.

Thank you for laying down your life for your friends.

Thank you for always welcoming me and taking me in as one of your own.

Thank you for persevering through the hard times.

You are a class of amazing people. A class unlike any other I’ve seen before. The unity I, and countless others, have experienced shows just the kind of people you are.

I can’t wait to see what this next stage of life has for each of you. Grad school, working, service, just name to a few you. I am confidant you will carry the lessons you have learned and the way you have lived into wherever your future leads.

You’re an amazing group of people, that I was blessed to be a part of so congrats to the grads! YOU DID IT!
